Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional on-site and remote client care for blithequark crewmembers
- Backing up blithequark crewmembers from within a group climate
- Ensuring blithequark crewmembers are given proficient and convenient first and second-level help
- Offering specialized help to all crewmembers and crewmember innovations
- Recognizing, finding, and addressing specialized issues
- Answering crewmembers' demands for specialized help
- Recording, tracking, and screening solicitations to guarantee opportune goal
- Organizing goal of episodes/demands from start to finish with inward and outer assets
- Screening and supporting frameworks
- Keeping up with and upholding client access
- Working with programming bundle rollouts and support
- Collaborating with all Data Innovation (IT) disciplines
- Attempting to accomplish first-contact goal with all issues
- Keeping up with documentation of solicitations per blithequark norms
- Keeping up with and refreshing information base documentation with most significant data
- Organizing reaction for significant occurrences and blackouts
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Secondary School Confirmation or General Instruction Improvement (GED) Certificate
- Experience supporting most recent working frameworks, or fruitful finish of IT for Everybody certificate by means of Coursera
- Experience carrying out and supporting applications
- Accessible for short-term travel (up to half)
- Possessing legitimate travel reports with the capacity to go all through Jamaica and the US
