In this critical role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with placing new orders, providing status updates on existing orders, and answering questions concerning product availability. Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers over the phone or via email, providing exceptional support and service excellence
  • Provide detailed order information, including order status, product availability, and shipping details
  • Review customer orders and account information to resolve issues and address customer concerns
  • Utilize basic computer navigation skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage customer data and orders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of products and services

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Basic computer navigation skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Customer Service experience desired, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional support and service excellence
  • Call Center experience desired, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in an onsite, virtual, and hybrid capacity, with a minimum of 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days virtual
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as needed, between 7am and 6pm
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
