Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls and emails from existing Health Mart Atlas members, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Conducting outbound calls to current customers to follow up on open issues, returning voicemails, and participating in call campaigns
- Providing excellent communication, customer service, time management, and follow-up skills to ensure a positive experience for our customers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure value proposition is clearly identified and communicated with members, including contract updates, industry news, and trends
- Serving as a dedicated representative to assigned chains or buying groups once tenured in the role
Minimum Requirements:
* Typically requires 3+ years of related experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication, customer service, time management, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in the healthcare industry or a related field
- Knowledge of managed care, PBM contracts, and reimbursement issues
- Experience with call campaigns and customer follow-up
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Base pay: $17.63 - $29.38
- Annual bonus: Eligible for an annual bonus based on performance, experience, and skills
