Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicating with customers and drivers via phone, text, chat, and email to ensure their needs are met
  • Maintaining high levels of customer and driver satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and follow-up
  • Reporting technical issues to the engineering team to ensure prompt resolution
  • Sharing customer feedback with the management team to inform product development and improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating with other blithequark staff members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, with a strong desire to help people and make a positive impact
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Good problem-solving, analytical thinking capabilities, and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to listen actively and empathetically to customer concerns
  • Bilingual skills a plus, but not required
  • Associate's degree or above preferred, but not mandatory
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service preferred, but not mandatory
