We need an English-fluent Project Manager, based in Mexico, Colombia, Peru or Chile, available to work remotely. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent RDE/MHE or facility improvement projects from planning through closeout.
• Manage on-site logistics, crew scheduling, subcontractor activities, equipment delivery, and installation timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consistent updates, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
• Enforce OSHA, NFPA, and client-specific safety protocols; ensure full compliance across all project sites.
• Track budgets, schedules, and KPIs; produce daily project reports and risk assessments.
• Work closely with CPS Operations Leadership, engineering teams, and on-site personnel to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in industrial, logistics, or construction environments.
• Proven expertise in RDE/MHE deployments, warehouse retrofits, or new facility launches.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Procore, Smartsheet) preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities in fast- paced field settings.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• A valid U.S. visa is a must.

Compensation

• The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,300 - $2,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
• This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
• The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
