Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding accurately, promptly, and effectively to all forms of customer communication, including phone, email, and social media.
  • Resolving difficult and sensitive customer issues in an objective and timely manner, using problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Communicating with Regional Vice Presidents, District Managers, Store Managers, and Home Office personnel to resolve problems and answer questions.
  • Documenting customer and store information into our call tracking system.
  • Promoting a positive company image to support customer service objectives and mission statement.
  • Composing personal replies to customer letters and/or emails and maintaining assigned reports.
  • Updating customer addresses for our Loyalty Program and adjusting reward points as needed.
  • Making sound judgment calls that align with the brand, escalation, and customer service policies for social media customer-related issues.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and capable of moderating a high volume of inbound content.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll need:

  • 1-3 years of retail customer service or call center experience and proven conflict management skills.
  • A flexible mindset, oriented towards conflict resolution.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • PC knowledge.
  • Typing skills.

Requirements

* Reliable internet access at your home.

  • Live in one of the following states: Wyoming, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Nebraska, Texas, North Dakota, or Arkansas.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and moderate a high volume of inbound content.
  • Cable internet provider required; satellite internet provider not accepted.
