Key Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and requests via live chat in a timely and professional manner. Address customer concerns, provide solutions, and offer relevant information about products or services.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues or escalate them to appropriate departments if necessary. Document and track interactions and resolutions to ensure accurate and consistent follow-up.

Qualifications
