About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Homeowner Services Representative. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment where you'll have the chance to solve complex problems quickly and efficiently, all while providing top-notch service to our homeowners. As a primarily remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with occasional in-office hours required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from homeowners, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
  • Multitask across different communication platforms, prioritizing tasks and managing your time efficiently to meet performance goals
  • Utilize your excellent customer service skills to resolve complex issues, often thinking creatively to find solutions that meet the needs of our homeowners
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve shared goals, participating in a friendly and team-oriented atmosphere that supports thousands of diverse requests daily
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and best practices, continuously improving your skills and performance to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a highly motivated individual with a passion for customer success. While experience in a fast-paced call center environment or similar customer service role is desirable, it's not essential – we're looking for people who are eager to learn and excel in this type of environment. You should be comfortable working in a remote setting, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or similar environment
