Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Must type a minimum of 25 words per minute (WPM).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Successful completion of mandatory training.
  • Previous customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues.

  • Experience working in a contact center or customer-facing environment.
