Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary focus will be on providing exceptional support to students and patients across various communication channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting student and patient interactions via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Assisting with admissions, enrollment, registration, and financial aid processes
  • Providing general information on academic procedures and processes
  • Scheduling patient appointments and coordinating referrals
  • Ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in the English language and basic computer skills

  • Knowledge of Banner, Recruit, and/or Avaya systems
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
