Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and video conferencing. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a seamless customer experience. You will also be responsible for analyzing complex client issues, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, and providing training and guidance to new hires.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and video conferencing

  • Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a seamless customer experience
  • Analyze complex client issues, collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, and provide training and guidance to new hires
  • Perform routine tasks, such as responding to requests, resolving issues, and providing top-tier customer service while complying with company policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Consistently seek guidance from management, ask questions, and refer complex issues to staff
  • Conduct analysis to determine moderately complex client issues, including consulting with other departments for issue resolution
  • Collaborate with experienced agents on complex issues
  • Be responsible for training new hires and less experienced staff
  • Answer client requests and issues

Required Capabilities

* 6+ years of experience in evaluating and addressing client needs or resolving client issues, or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service while listening, eliciting information effectively, understanding, and resolving complex client issues
  • Ability to communicate with respect and a high level of professionalism with all levels of clients, colleagues, and management
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to navigate different computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information
  • Experience delivering results in a high-speed, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to learn business processes and cycles quickly

Preferred Capabilities

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry

  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
