Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with real-time assistance, answering their queries, and offering solutions to their waterproofing needs through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner via live chat.

  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process, if necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure the best customer support.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service experience.

You are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.

Basic Technical Proficiency and Ability to Learn New Software Quickly:

You are comfortable using technology and are able to learn new software and systems quickly, adapting to new tools and processes.

Experience:

0-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow with our company.
