Your primary duties will include: * Managing live chat conversations with customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilizing prebuilt chat templates and AI-powered suggestions to ensure quick and accurate responses * Escalating complex issues to supervisors or Tier 2 agents when necessary * Tagging and logging interactions in the dashboard to contribute to better analytics and team reporting * Working with multiple chats simultaneously using a simple tab-based system with built-in notifications A Day in the Life Each day as a Remote Customer Chat Agent will begin by logging into the online dashboard, where the system automatically routes chat inquiries to your interface. You'll engage with customers using text alone, without the need for phone calls, video meetings, or in-person interactions. With access to a digital knowledge base, helpdesk links, and internal support staff throughout your shift, you'll have everything you need to succeed in this role.
