Join Our Crew

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our team of Mods. As a Mod, you'll be part of a dynamic, remote team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our Mods are the face of blithequark, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch customer support via phone, ticket, and chat channels

• Utilize your firearms expertise to assist customers with product-related inquiries and concerns
• Leverage your research skills to quickly locate workflows and information in our knowledge base
• Multitask across multiple platforms, including phones, chats, tickets, and Amazon
• Engage in direct, daily client interactions and provide feedback to ensure exceptional customer experiences
• Stay organized and dependable, with a focus on learning and adapting to multiple workflows
• Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions

Essential Qualifications

* Strong knowledge of firearms, including handguns and rifles (gun ownership a plus)

• Reliable and committed to a long-term project engagement
• Ability to quickly pick up and follow established processes
• Strong research skills, with the ability to locate workflows and information in a knowledge base
• Experience with Zendesk (ZD) and DialPad (a plus, but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer support role, preferably in the firearms industry

• Familiarity with MSQ security software and 2FA app
• Proficiency in Windows 10 or above, with a dedicated laptop or desktop computer
• Quality headset and willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on your phone

Compensation and Benefits

* Hourly rate: To be discussed in the interview phase

• Commitment: 90 days, with a minimum of 10 hours per week
• Orientation begins: September 8, 2025
