Job Description

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to blithequark card members by assisting with inquiries, transactions, and account-related issues from the comfort of your own home. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assisting card members with billing inquiries, payment processing, account updates, and transaction disputes.
  • Providing accurate information about products, services, and rewards programs.
  • Offering solutions to customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
