As a Customer Service Associate, you'll play a vital role in achieving this goal by providing top-notch support to our customers in Sweden through phone, chat, and email. About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers in Sweden, handling a wide range of queries and requests related to orders, products, payments, and website guidance. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to resolve their issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support to customers in Sweden through phone, chat, and email

  • Handle customer queries and requests related to orders, products, payments, and website guidance
  • Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their issues are resolved efficiently
  • Work variable hours to match customer demand, including late evenings and day shifts
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards

What We're Looking For

* Minimum age: 18 years old

  • Right to work in the Netherlands
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
  • Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)

  • Up to €800 relocation allowance (for overseas applicants only)
