Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a flexible schedule. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our QuickBooks system, maintaining vendor files, and ensuring that invoices are backed up with purchase orders. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately and efficiently entering data into our QuickBooks system
  • Maintaining vendor files and ensuring that all necessary documentation is up-to-date
  • Ensuring that invoices are backed up with purchase orders
  • Coding invoices and entering them into QuickBooks
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and vendors
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion

Requirements

To be successful as a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Experience in an administrative or finance-related role is preferred
  • Excellent data entry skills, including experience with QuickBooks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of customer service experience is preferred

  • Experience working in an interior design or architecture firm is a plus
