Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team at blithequark's Amazon Store in Cardiff, UK. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and social media. You will be the face of blithequark, and your role will be critical in building trust and loyalty with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and social media

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize knowledge of blithequark's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on blithequark's products and services
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Must be based in the UK and have the right to work full-time
• Must have an up-to-date DBS and not require sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a hybrid environment, with a mix of on-site and remote work

• Knowledge of blithequark's products and services
• Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
• Experience working in a team environment and contributing to team goals and objectives

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
