Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk / Virtual Assistant at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Setting appointments and scheduling meetings with customers and stakeholders
  • Adhering to guidelines and standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Taking notes for specific contacts, summarizing conversations and actions
  • Helping contacts get the right information, providing support and guidance as needed
  • Coordinating meetings and conversations with customers and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication
  • Utilizing various tools and software, including Google Docs and Microsoft Office, to manage tasks and projects
  • Multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and projects

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • English fluency, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and software

  • Experience with data entry, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
