Job Summary

As a Bilingual Spanish Energy Customer Service Support professional at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking customers. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing timely and accurate responses to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your exceptional communication skills, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on blithequark's products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the energy sector

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a cloud-based environment

  • Knowledge of web and cloud application development
  • Familiarity with energy-related products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
