Job Overview:

We are seeking confident and motivated Telemarketing Agents to join our remote sales team. Your role will include making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products or services, and encouraging sales or appointments. Training will be provided to help you communicate effectively and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads or potential customers
• Introduce and explain company products or services clearly
• Handle customer questions or objections professionally
• Follow scripts and call guidelines when necessary
• Maintain a record of calls, conversations, and outcomes
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales goals or appointment targets
• Work closely with the sales team for follow-ups and closures

Skills & Requirements:

• Clear and confident communication skills
• Good listening and persuasion abilities
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use call tools/software
• Stable internet connection + functioning headset or microphone
• Ability to stay positive and motivated while making calls
• Previous telemarketing or call center experience is a plus (not required)
• Must be disciplined and able to work independently
