As a Bilingual Technical Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch support to our clients and ensuring their success with our industry cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advise end users on best practices when using blithequark's applications

  • Identify and resolve client issues associated with blithequark's applications
  • Build strong and professional relationships with all users of blithequark's applications
  • Provide recommendations/feedback on client service improvements and product development
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer service, quality, and professionalism with customers and coworkers
  • Maintain accurate records of all email/telephone/chat correspondence related to the role

Requirements:

* 1+ year relevant experience in a customer service role

  • Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Professional telephone manners
  • Demonstrated competence in standard computer packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (German, English)
  • Ability to quickly understand client requirements and needs and articulate potential solutions

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business administration, or a related field)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a SaaS environment

  • Knowledge of industry cloud solutions and life sciences industry
  • Experience working with technical software applications
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., ITIL, Customer Service Certification)
