Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Success Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and quick resolutions to their queries through various support channels, including email, live chat, inbound and outbound phone calls. Your responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional service and quick resolutions to our clients through our support channels, such as email, live chat, inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Troubleshooting event-related problems that arise, including event changes and payment issues
  • Helping recommend specific events to our clients that fit their wants, needs, and budget
  • Answering questions about events using internal tools to help clients purchase
  • Triage and manage inbound requests to prioritize your time
  • Escalating and coordinating with other teams internally as well as our hosts as necessary
  • Offering post-purchase event assistance for existing reservations as needed

### Essential Qualifications

  • Quick learner with a knack for problem-solving
  • Strong communicator with a personable phone presence and conversational writing style
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and understand the challenges of scaling a successful business
  • Motivated by challenges that require critical thinking and a proactive approach
  • Extremely organized with keen attention to detail
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback and excited to grow through your own experiences
  • Prior experience in Customer Service and/or Operations
  • Previous experience with Hubspot, Zendesk, or another customer service ticketing system
  • Experience planning or supporting virtual and/or in-person events and familiarity with various video conferencing software, or eagerness to learn about them
