About the Role

As a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our Customer Experience (CX) team, enabling customers to leverage APIs and microservices to drive their business initiatives. You will act as a champion for our customers, working closely with them to identify growth opportunities and ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to succeed. This role offers the chance to work with a portfolio of customers, build strong relationships, and pioneer the approach to managing customers by leveraging self-service technology and reusable assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach customers throughout their lifecycle, working collaboratively with the Customer Experience team to ensure customer outcomes
  • Define and implement adoption plans, post-sales engagement strategies, and recommend best practices for customer success
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure customers are getting the most out of our solutions
  • Innovate and improve our tooling and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work on innovative and cutting-edge customer projects, applying your knowledge of our products and technologies to real-world usage
  • Learn and stay up-to-date on our products and technologies, as well as industry trends and developments
  • Represent blithequark in a professional and positive manner, building strong relationships with customers, peers, and other stakeholders

What You'll Bring

  • A builder's mentality, seeking to find solutions to complex problems that will make life better for our customers and blithequark
  • Experience managing a portfolio of commercial customers, with a focus on finding patterns and addressing them through automated approaches
  • Passion and determination about our technology and our customers, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A good understanding of complex technology environments, including Cloud Native, Containerization, Kubernetes, Microservices, and APIM
  • Strong self-awareness and communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English
  • Ideally, prior experience in a similar role within SaaS, Open Source, and/or Infrastructure software companies
  • A solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud Computing IaaS
