Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Relations Agent at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email, resolving customer inquiries and issues related to payment terminals and other services
- Identifying and implementing solutions to customer problems, ensuring timely and effective support
- Collaborating with our four-person team, led by Kristián, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Continuously learning and developing your skills to stay up-to-date with the latest fintech trends and technologies
- Participating in regular team-building activities and celebrations to foster a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent Czech/Slovak and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Empathy and a customer-centric approach, with a passion for helping others and finding solutions
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills, with a drive to stay up-to-date with the latest fintech trends and technologies
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, but not required – we're looking for someone who is passionate about communication and has a drive to succeed
