Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Logistics IEMEA at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Handling customer orders and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicating effectively with customers to resolve complaints and issues
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery
• Analyzing and resolving complex customer complaints and issues
• Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency
• Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and order status
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to drive business growth and loyalty

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proficiency in IT systems and tools, including SAP, Office, and Salesforce
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders
• A strong technical affinity and understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
• A professional 2-3 year apprenticeship or equivalent education, plus additional functional training or qualification, or a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Logistics
• Fluency in German and English languages, both written and spoken
