What You Will Do

As a Customer Support Consultant at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via chats, emails, and other communication channels. Your primary goal will be to build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our clients' products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chats, emails, and other communication channels
• Building trust and rapport with customers through empathetic and professional communication
• Meeting team KPIs and performance metrics
• Staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and industry trends
• Handling sensitive customer information with confidentiality and discretion
• Applying the latest customer happiness practices to ensure exceptional customer experiences
• Maintaining working knowledge of our clients' products and services
• Collaborating with developers and other departments of various IT companies to resolve complex issues

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Excellent English skills (B2 for both spoken and written)
• Experience in a customer support role, preferably in a SaaS, Software, or Hardware industry
• Analytical and research skills to resolve complex customer issues
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to think critically
• Positive and responsible attitude, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Nice to Have

While not required, experience with CRM systems would be a valuable asset in this role.
