Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in CRM software, including Salesforce or similar platforms

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
