Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support to passengers through phone, email, and chat channels. You will assist passengers with booking, rebooking, and managing their reservations, address inquiries and resolve issues related to flight schedules, baggage, and other travel-related concerns. You will also proactively anticipate and accommodate customer needs to enhance their travel experience. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure seamless passenger experiences, and your commitment to safety and security will be evident in all customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide outstanding customer support to passengers through phone, email, and chat channels

  • Assist passengers with booking, rebooking, and managing their reservations

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
