Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist customers with medical insurance questions, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their concerns.
  • Accurately document call content in real-time, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

Schedule and Training

The schedule for this role includes:

  • Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
  • Rotating holidays as needed, ensuring a fair and balanced workload.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
