About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service experiences that exceed customer expectations
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support to resolve issues and address concerns
  • Manage customer accounts, entering application data and responding to online chat inquiries
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, using creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet performance goals
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to develop knowledge and skills, adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Complete a background check and drug test within 3 days of hire
  • Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device and functioning camera
  • Be committed to full attendance for a paid 3-week training period
  • Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with an ethernet connection, using cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection
  • Not be using mobile internet service providers, satellites, Wi-Fi internet access, or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders

Essential Qualifications

In addition to the requirements listed above, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • A high level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort working from home, with a self-motivated and success-driven approach to your work
