Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping individuals navigate the complexities of health insurance enrollment. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure seamless interactions across all channels. Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support

  • Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide creative solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide informed support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and software applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 35 mb/s and a hard-wired ethernet connection
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test within 3 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus
