Job Summary

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative - Work From Home at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with clients. Your primary responsibilities will include inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits, basic computer knowledge, completing the necessary paperwork, quality control, and leadership development. Key Responsibilities

* Inbound and outbound calling to clients and union members

  • Setting appointments and scheduling presentations
  • Performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry
  • Completing the necessary paperwork and documentation
  • Quality control and ensuring high standards of customer service
  • Leadership development and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Good verbal communication skills and excellent customer relation and communication skills

  • Upbeat and positive attitude with great energy
  • Ability to interact effectively with people and groups
  • Maintains good customer relations and provides exceptional customer experiences
  • Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience preferred
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and employees
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or sales

  • Knowledge of benefits and insurance industry
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
