Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing timely and effective solutions
  • Maintain extensive product knowledge to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products and services
  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to customers, unions, and other stakeholders to build relationships, resolve issues, and identify new business opportunities
  • Set appointments, perform presentations, and provide product demonstrations to customers and unions
  • Complete necessary paperwork, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance and quality control
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, and participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and leadership skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred but not required
  • Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a background check
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and driving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills
