Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and Word. Previous customer service experience, particularly in the airline or banking industry, is highly preferred. You should also be skilled in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

  • Previous customer service experience, particularly in the airline or banking industry
  • Experience with Episys/Symitar and processing wires
  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong knowledge of banking or credit union regulations and procedures
