Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Specialist with blithequark, you will be responsible for entering, verifying, and updating data into our systems, ensuring that information is current and precise. Your primary responsibilities will involve reviewing sensitive customer information, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with various departments to support data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Input and update customer information into the company database with high accuracy and attention to detail

  • Verify the accuracy of data entered and resolve discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
  • Prepare and maintain reports based on data analysis to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency across departments
  • Assist in training new data entry staff as needed to ensure seamless onboarding

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
