Job Summary
As a Technical Lead Manager in our Cybersecurity Operations and Threat Intelligence team, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of our threat intelligence and digital protection services. You will lead a team of experienced professionals in analyzing and responding to complex threats, developing and maintaining threat intelligence capabilities, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement threat intelligence and digital protection services that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams, to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives.
- Analyze and respond to complex threats, including malware, phishing, and other types of cyber threats.
- Develop and maintain threat intelligence capabilities, including threat hunting, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their threat intelligence and digital protection needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.
- Lead the development and implementation of threat intelligence and digital protection services, including threat intelligence feeds, incident response plans, and vulnerability management programs.
- Collaborate with other teams, including engineering, product development, and sales, to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
* Experience in threat intelligence and digital protection, including threat hunting, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Experience leading high-performing teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Strong technical expertise in threat intelligence and digital protection, including threat intelligence feeds, incident response plans, and vulnerability management programs.
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the use, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) threat intelligence within a functional climate, supporting monitoring, discovery, and response capabilities.
- Understanding of threat intelligence procedures and application concepts, with the ability to advise and tutor new threat intelligence colleagues.
- Ability to correspond raw insight from sensors, incident response commitment, and other sources into reports and briefings.
- Ability to present written or verbal data to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics, build methodologies, and influence stakeholders.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
* US base compensation range for this full-time position is $153,000-$234,000 + bonus + stock + benefits.
