Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping our members navigate their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing them with accurate and timely information about their coverage, medication inclusion, and mail order solutions. Through your expertise and knowledge, you'll empower our members to make informed decisions about their healthcare, improving their overall well-being and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries about pharmacy benefit plans, medication inclusion, and mail order solutions

  • Provide accurate and timely information to members, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a positive and empathetic manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, patient-centered, and respectful

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality industry

  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and other software tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

* Experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
