Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Business Analyst at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

• Eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
• Attending requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements
• Documenting requirements, including user stories that are well-formed, traceable, and testable with defined acceptance criteria
• Creating test plans and test cases
• Organizing and maintaining the team backlog
• Collaborating with the management team on new products and sales strategies
• Working with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• No prior experience in business analysis or project management is required
• A strong motivation to learn and develop your skills and knowledge in business analysis and project management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, previous experience in sales or customer service, and strong communication and interpersonal skills, would be highly desirable.
