Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Teaching Admin Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Teaching Admin Assistant at The Job4U Job, you will play a crucial role in supporting our educational staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our educational programs. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers and instructors in preparing educational materials and resources.
• Maintain an organized record-keeping system for student data, attendance, and progress reports.
• Help manage classroom logistics, including arranging seating, materials, and equipment.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information to students, parents, and staff as needed.
• Assist in coordinating and executing special events, workshops, and seminars.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.

Required Skills:

Working Hours:This is a part-time position, and the working hours will be flexible to accommodate the needs of our educational programs. The schedule will be discussed during the interview.
