Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in our inbound call center in overnight shifts, making connections and ensuring timely delivery of medications to patients. You'll be the first point of contact for patients, handling prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage. Your skills and knowledge will help patients navigate the healthcare system, and your passion for helping others will shine through in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle high-volume calls from patients, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring patients feel heard and understood
  • Collaborate with patients to resolve prescription refill, order status, and insurance coverage issues
  • Utilize computer skills to navigate our systems and provide accurate information to patients
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting or exceeding performance metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
  • Ability to work in an overnight shift (9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST)
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate our systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone

  • Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
  • Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting

Education

* Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Training Schedule

* Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST (training schedule may vary)

Schedule Availability

* Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)

Pay Range

* The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour. Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
