- Understanding of product roadmap, business goals, and customer needs
- Ability to prioritize testing efforts based on business impact
- Estimate testing efforts
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and customers
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
Key Responsibilities
- Perform smoke/regression testing.
- Discuss and validate testing scenarios with business and technical people.
- Discuss testing plans with the development team.
- Active participation in Scrum ceremonies, as well as involvement in raising risks and clarifying objectives.
- Query DBs for testing purposes.
- Provide accurate status tracking and reporting
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in any testing management tool.
- Understanding of testing quadrants.
- Understanding of unit, integration, system and acceptance testing.
- Manual testing expertise testing web & mobile applications
- Experience with SQL-based databases (Oracle DB ideally) and do SQL statements.
- Experience setting up web test environments
- Good English Communication
