Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for processing child assistance repayments in the SDU (Condition Dispensation Device) unit according to Standard procedure. You will also be responsible for other roles as delegated by management. This is a full-time remote position, and you will be required to work independently with limited instructions at times.

Key Responsibilities

* Process child assistance repayments in the SDU (Condition Dispensation Device) unit according to Standard procedure

• Maintain an overall understanding of policies and procedures
• Possess sturdy interpersonal skills, including refinement, perseverance, and good behavior
• Preserve the capacity to gather, research, organize, and study information
• Function as an employee, but also independently at times with limited instructions
• Work effectively in a busy atmosphere
• Maintain adaptability and/or the potential to burn the midnight oil as needed to meet rigid routines and timelines

Essential Qualifications

* High School Degree or equivalent required

• Private workspace to function and room to set up tools and equipment
• High-speed internet connection
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with limited instructions at times
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field

• Knowledge of policies and procedures related to child assistance repayments
• Experience working in a busy and fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent typing skills (at least 60 words per minute)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with limited instructions at times
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain adaptability and/or the potential to burn the midnight oil as needed to meet rigid routines and timelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
