Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
• Processing orders, resolving issues, and providing solutions to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Exceptional customer service and problem resolution skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• High-speed internet (internet speed test required)
• Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple windows and screens
• A quiet, distraction-free work environment
• Ability to commit to a regular schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
