What You'll Do Every Day

As a customer service representative at blithequark, your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing high-quality products and services to our customers, including recommending SBS products and services that meet their needs.
  • Continuously improving our processes and procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences, including design, customer, and repetition.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Entering accurate and complete information into our systems, as necessary.
  • Following all rules and regulations related to services and practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
  • Proven track record of success in a customer service team and the market.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
