Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will involve organizing and auditing employee files, uploading and managing employee documents on ADP's Document Cloud from our SharePoint site, and developing efficient processes for file management and retrieval. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

Responsibilities

As an HR Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing and auditing employee files to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards
  • Uploading and managing employee documents on ADP's Document Cloud from our SharePoint site
  • Developing and implementing efficient processes for file management and retrieval
  • Reorganizing HR administrative electronic folders and establishing a consistent naming convention for easy file access
  • Finding and organizing both paper and online documents relating to employees and HR processes
  • Collaborating with HR staff to identify and address any discrepancies or gaps in documentation
  • Communicating progress and updates to the HR team regularly

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role, with a focus on file organization and compliance
  • Familiarity with SharePoint is essential
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented yet fast-paced
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Good communication skills to liaise effectively with HR team members
  • Creative problem-solver with a fast-learning ability and adaptability to new systems
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is preferred
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision or guidance while managing multiple tasks
  • Proven clerical or administrative skills
  • Proficient and comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software
  • Knowledge of rules, standards, and online security regarding file organization and maintenance

Work Schedule

This part-time role offers flexible hours, with the possibility of remote work after the training phase. The specific schedule and contract duration will be determined based on project needs. You must live near D.C for the required in-person training week. If you cannot make it to D.C for one week, please do not apply.
