Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and resolution
  • Open availability, as this is a seasonal position requiring flexibility and adaptability
  • A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools

  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to utilize a desktop or laptop computer
  • A desktop or laptop computer that meets the minimum requirements, including Windows 10+, 8GB RAM, and an Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor
  • High-speed internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 10 mbps and upload speed of 3 mbps
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
