Insight Global is looking for an Order Processing Specialist to join the international team of one of our manufacturing clients. This candidate will process and review customer orders for accuracy and contract compliance and enter information into their systems to ensure timely processing, shipping, and delivery. They will address customer concerns regarding delays or damages and coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to complete any necessary documentation. The Order Processing Specialist should be very comfortable with excel, utilizing filters and creating pivot tables/vlookups. The candidate may need to resolve invoicing issues and should have great customer service/communication skills. Required Skills & Experience- 2-3+ years of experience with data entry, account management, analytics, order processing, or invoicing- Strongly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and filters- Strong data entry and customer service abilities with a great attention to detail- Excellent communication and organizational skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field- Experience with EDI/ERP systems - NetSuite- Experience with management of shipping vendors - FedEx, UPS, Freight Carriers Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
