Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Data Entry Clerk & IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for:
- Account creation and claims online portal registration using ServiceNow and CyberArk
- Processing claims online portal tickets, with a minimum of 10 tickets per day
- Helping to backlog and process new tickets that come through
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their patients
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless account creation and IT support
Responsibilities
* Account Creation: + Create new accounts for clients using ServiceNow and CyberArk + Verify account information and ensure accuracy + Troubleshoot any issues related to account creation
- Claims Online Portal Registration:
+ Register clients for online portal access + Verify client information and ensure accuracy + Troubleshoot any issues related to online portal registration
- IT Help Desk:
+ Process claims online portal tickets, with a minimum of 10 tickets per day + Help backlog and process new tickets that come through + Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their patients
- Collaboration:
+ Work closely with our team to ensure seamless account creation and IT support + Collaborate with clients to resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in account creation, customer service, and IT help desk
- 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
- Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* Experience with ServiceNow and CyberArk
