Your Role

As a Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.   • Answer incoming communications from customers, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with your team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer experiences.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you're always up-to-date on the latest products and services.

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed as a Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Reside within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee, with a stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to recognize, apply, and explain product features and benefits.
  • Computer experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • High-speed internet connection (> 40mbps) and a reliable computer or laptop.
